Smith Gideon is the firm's Deputy Managing Partner. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Smith is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society. Prior to joining Tali Tali Advocates, he worked at Millimo, Muthomi and Company advocates, gaining vast experience in commercial litigation, Employment law, conveyancing, and Legal audit and compliance, among others. Smith has also previously worked with INVESCO Assurance Company as a litigation counsel defending the company on multiple claims brought against it. Smith’s expertise ranges from commercial and corporate law practice, conveyancing, Legal audits and compliance, as well as insurance practice.
