Mr Okul serves the firm as a consultant in Legal Audit and compliance advisory. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society. He has extensive experience in Legal Audits and compliance, having been involved and taken the lead in multiple legal audits and compliance processes. He provides strategic guidance to the firm with respect to legal audits and compliance in different sectors, depending on the client's needs.
