DATA PROTECTION AND TECH LAW

Marvin serves the firm as a consultant in Data Protection and Tech Law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from the Catholic University of East Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society. Marvin possesses vast experience in data protection and tech law. He has previously supported organisations in mitigating legal risks, ensuring compliance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019 and the GDPR. He has also conducted data protection audits for clients’ corporate organisations and small businesses, where he has managed to identify compliance gaps and further advised on possible recommendations, thus mitigating legal liabilities. He has further worked with companies to ensure compliance with a wide range of industry regulations
